Subcontractor Specialist

We support a number of large building firms across social housing, old people's homes, universities and libraries. For the last four years, we have worked on a number of different projects for Mulalley, for example as a subcontractor. This includes a five-year planned maintenance project, the decoration and repairs for a chain of Old People's Homes and the painting and decoration of a number of London universities from Westminster to UCL. This included the decoration of several listed buildings where we had to order special paint and materials. Similarly, we are currently working as a subcontractor for STV to refurbish kitchens and bathrooms across a large social housing development in Vauxhall.
