First, we conduct a survey of your property, making a detailed report listing urgent, and then potential repairs with a budget schedule. Together, we make a long-term plan (normally five to 30 years) for the maintenance of the buildings which allows you to set accurate financial planning. We can then agree on a maintenance schedule to suit your needs and budget so there are no nasty surprises ahead.
